So technically I would recommend a specific round table that’s pneumatic in order to get the exact height desk you need but it’s out of stock and may never be in stock again.

I have needed more movement on days that weather really won’t let me go hike.
So what I AM going to recommend is a solid laptop stand + a mini stair stepper.
At the time I’m posting this, this combo is about $100 total.

Why a stair stepper instead of a treadmill or walking pad?

  1. speed control without buttons
  2. not plugged into a wall
  3. small footprint
  4. quiet (both mechanically and also probably better for apartment living too if you WFH)

Need to concentrate on something on the screen? You can slow down or stop without having to find and poke buttons. It’s actually why I prefer a hike in a field over using any treadmill.
